Warranty Terms For Bed, Mattress & Footstool
Sofa Warranty Terms
Upon delivery, customers must inspect the item for any damage or inaccuracies. If the item is damaged or incorrect, it can be returned or replaced immediately with the delivery team.
If any damage is discovered after receiving the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of up to £100 for part replacement.
For up to 1 year from the date of purchase, if any part of the sofa is found to be damaged, we will replace the damaged part, customer has to pay shipping cost.
Please Note It's important to note that these warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper assembly.

Because most of our beds are made to order, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or faulty. Please inspect your delivery and contact us within 14 days if there's an issue.
Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective. If your item is not custom (e.g. a standard footstool), please contact us within 14 days for return eligibility.
Contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as needed, your satisfaction is our priority.
Yes, we provide the following warranty coverage:
- 90-day full warranty on all products
- 2-year part replacement warranty for beds and mattresses (excluding misuse or wear & tear)
- 1-year part replacement warranty for sofas

If the issue is covered under our 2-year part warranty, we’ll replace the part. You’ll only need to cover the shipping cost.
No, our warranty covers manufacturing faults, not accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear. For example, fabric stains or damage from moving the bed improperly aren’t covered.
If the return is due to damage or a fault, we cover the return shipping. If a return is accepted for any other reason (non-custom product), shipping costs may apply.
