We accept multiple payment methods, including full payment and interest-free finance options, subject to eligibility and third-party approval.
Where finance is selected:
- Approval is at the discretion of the finance provider
- We are not responsible for finance acceptance decisions
6. 0% Finance & Payment Plans
We offer interest-free payment options, including up to 4 instalments, subject to availability and approval by authorised third-party finance providers. Terms and conditions of the finance provider will apply in addition to these Terms.
Failure to meet finance obligations may affect your agreement with the provider and is outside our control.
Charges depend on courier fees and will be communicated before re-delivery is arranged.
7. Delivery
We offer free UK delivery to most mainland locations. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on:

- Location and access conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery. Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur additional charges.
8. Assembly Service
We offer an optional assembly service for £50, subject to availability and location.
Assembly services:
- Do not include removal of existing furniture unless agreed in advance
- Require suitable space and access
- Are carried out with reasonable care
We are not liable for issues arising from unsuitable room conditions or structural limitations.
9. 30 Night Risk-Free Trial
Selected products are eligible for our 30 Night Risk-Free Trial, subject to specific conditions.
To qualify:
- Products must be returned in reasonable condition
- Mattresses must be used with appropriate protection
- Custom-made items may be excluded

Failure to report issues within a reasonable timeframe may affect resolution options.
