Resolution Options	After assessment, solutions may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Returnable Items	Items must be unused, in original packaging, include all components, and show no damage beyond normal handling. Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items	Custom or bespoke furniture, mattresses, hygiene-sensitive products, and items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
Mattresses & Hygiene Products	Must remain unopened with hygiene seals intact. Returns accepted only if unopened or if a manufacturing fault is proven.
Wrong Size / Access Issues	Free returns not available if incorrect size is selected or items cannot pass through doors, stairs, or access points. Compensation is decided by the company.
Return Costs	Customers pay return shipping and collection fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Extra charges may apply for failed deliveries or access issues.
