Returnable Items	Items must be unused, in original packaging, include all components, and show no damage beyond normal handling. Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items	Custom or bespoke furniture, mattresses, hygiene-sensitive products, and items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
Mattresses & Hygiene Products	Must remain unopened with hygiene seals intact. Returns accepted only if unopened or if a manufacturing fault is proven.
Wrong Size / Access Issues	Free returns not available if incorrect size is selected or items cannot pass through doors, stairs, or access points. Compensation is decided by the company.
